Morag’s tummy-tuck story
Age 43
Three children Aged 12, 9 and 4, all born by C-Section
After my third child I hated my tummy, always trying to hide it. I would constantly be shopping in the hope of finding an outfit to hide it. You know the old saying “when I win the lottery” well I would say “when I have a tummy tuck”.
One day standing in front of the mirror, I thought now is the time, I called my husband and said “I am going for it, I’m having a tummy tuck”. I put a note on facebook saying “Does anyone know a brilliant surgeon to do my tummy tuck?” I got a private message from a lady who had had surgery on the NHS and said Anita Hazari. I made an appointment, I immediately felt comfortable with Anita, she is very down to earth and honest. I lost 1 ½ stone which is what I wanted to do. I
planned well in advance because of the children and work.
Surgery was very easy, no pain afterwards. I got out of bed the same day and walked stooped for a few days. I was home two days later. Anita does her follow up aftercare herself and I saw her 8 days after surgery. There was minor blistering from the dressing for the belly- button, which has now healed without marks. The micropore tape is also off and I am starting to mositurise the scars.
I am so very happy!
